Passion India was recommended to us by acquaintances to organize a private tour (for a group of 8 people) spanning 33 nights across North India, South India, and Mumbai. Sandeep proposed an itinerary and arranged the trip, ensuring that we had the same French-speaking guide—Mayor, who spoke excellent French—for the entire journey. We had a wonderful trip that was exceptionally well-organized. Since we were a private group, we had the flexibility to customize certain sightseeing stops according to our preferences.
Although we did not purchase our airfare through them, Sandeep provided invaluable assistance when our flights were cancelled by Emirates due to the war. He kept in daily contact with us to monitor the evolving situation and was a tremendous help.
