  1. When is the best time to travel to India?

    India experiences three main seasons: hot, humid, and cold.

    The best time to visit is from October to March, when temperatures are pleasant (typically around 25 to 30°C) and ideal for exploring the country.

  2. Where to go in India?

    The choice of destination depends on your preferences and objectives. If you're interested in visiting monuments or relaxing, if you prefer cities or mountains.

    In the north, historical treasures like Rajasthan and the iconic Taj Mahal await.

    The south offers beaches and biodiversity, especially in Kerala.

    Regardless of your preference, India promises fascinating experiences.

  3. What type of clothing to bring?

    Opt for cotton clothing, a lightweight and breathable material. Additionally, cotton is easy to maintain and can be hand washed if needed.

    In winter, temperatures are cooler, especially in the evening, so it's advisable to bring warmer clothing like sweaters, jackets, or pants.

    Laundry service is available in hotels, allowing for regular washing of clothes.

  4. What is the currency in India?

    The currency used in India is the Indian Rupee (INR).

    The Indian rupee is weaker than the euro: 1 EUR = 89.85 INR.

    You can exchange currency at ATMs or currency exchange bureaus available everywhere.

  5. What are the important hygiene tips to follow when traveling to India?

    Pay close attention to the water you drink. Ensure that the water bottles you purchase are sealed, or the water you drink is filtered, and minimize ice consumption.

    Brushing your teeth with unfiltered water is not problematic, but avoid swallowing it.

  6. Is it better to get an international plan or a local SIM card when traveling

    An international plan is convenient if you want to avoid activating a SIM card abroad and/or if you want to keep your number but is more expensive than a regular plan.

    A local SIM card provides better network coverage and a lower price than an international plan, especially if you plan to stay for an extended period.

  7. How long does it take to visit everything?

    India is six times the size of France, so it's not possible to visit everything at once.

    Through our comprehensive programs, you will have the opportunity to visit the maximum number of places in six different trips of a minimum of two weeks each.

  8. What is the recommended budget for a trip to India?

    For a two-week trip, budget around €2000 per person to fully enjoy yourself, indulge, and purchase souvenirs for your loved ones.

    Additionally, depending on your satisfaction at the end of your trip, it's customary to tip employees.

    It's recommended to budget €40 to €50 per person. These indications are for informational purposes and are not obligatory to follow.

    For example: porter tips range from 50 to 100 INR per bag, restaurant tips are around 100 INR.

  9. What essential items should I bring on my trip to India?

    Adapters: Indian electrical outlets are different from those in Europe. Therefore, it's necessary to bring adapters for D and M outlets.

    Sunscreen: UV indices in India can range from 6 to 10, and even reach 11. In France, UV indices range from 1 to 6.

    Mosquito repellent: essential to avoid mosquito bites and diseases they may transmit. You can also bring soothing cream for insect bites.

  13. Can the agency book our international flight tickets?

    Our agency can handle the booking of your international flight tickets if you wish.

    We only need a copy of your passport.

  14. What are the cancellation fees for the agency?

    If canceled 90 days before departure : we will retain 15% of the amount of your stay.

    If canceled 60 days before departure : we will retain 25% of the amount of your stay.

    If canceled 15 days before departure : we will retain 50% of the amount of your stay.

    If canceled 7 days before departure : we will retain the entire amount of your stay.

    Note : transaction charges and taxes at the time of refund will be fully borne by the customer.
